This generation is growing up in a world that doesn’t stop — pressure to perform, pressure to fit in, pressure to keep up — and that doesn’t even include the impact of the pandemic, which disrupted their development in ways we’re still trying to understand.

Our job isn’t to fix them. It’s to notice, to listen, and to show up consistently. Because sometimes, just knowing there’s one adult who truly sees them — that alone can be the game-changer.
