Special Programs Management Services

AIM strives to partner with districts and schools to provide administrative and special program support for Special Education, Section 504, dyslexia, and MTSS/RTI. Our experienced staff of innovative educators will tailor services based on clients' needs.

Our team of professionals serves as campus members within the special education department. Their responsibilities can include supporting student caseloads, preparation, and facilitation of compliant IEP or 504 meetings, direct services to students as well as assisting campus staff.

  • • Collaborative Coaching to further develop LEA administrators and teachers

    • 504 Program Coordination of processes, procedures, and implementation

    • Specially designed instructional programs to include support, coaching, and modeling

  • • Campus or District folder audit as required by state and federal guidelines

    • Folder Audit to prepare for TEA Cyclical Monitor - Desk Review

    • Development of documents

  • • Fully editable shell for the LEA’s to map out their individualized vision or mission, protocols and procedures, and state and federal guidelines

  • • Mediation by trained administrators for contentious cases and due process for legal cases

    • Coaching on best practices for implementing a facilitated IEP

    • Access to resources and documents to use when preparing for a facilitated IEP

    • Training on facilitating compliance and focused collaboration in IEP meetings

  • • Staff training and workshops for administrators, special education departments, general education teachers, and paraprofessionals

    • Administrative IEP and Special Programs guidance

    • Implementation of accommodations and modifications

    • Research-based interventions

    • Positive Behavior Supports and management

    • Interventions for crisis prevention

    • Continuum of services and placement for high-needs special education students including support of teachers in specialized classrooms :

    ○ Autism Spectrum Disorders: best practices for appropriate programming

    ○ Dyslexia and other related disorders: certified providers, classroom support and implementation of a multisensory dyslexia program
