1. Program Overview
AIM Learning Center (operated by Assessment Intervention Management, LLC) offers an SMS messaging program to provide parents, families, and students enrolled in our educational services with important service-related communications. These messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, check-in and check-out notifications, intake form links, waitlist updates, session follow-ups, and homework or deadline reminders.
2. Consent and Opt-In
By providing your phone number during the enrollment or intake process at AIM Learning Center, and by checking the consent box on our intake form or providing verbal consent during a phone consultation, you agree to receive text messages from AIM Learning Center related to your or your child's educational services. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your scheduled services. You may receive messages related to upcoming appointments, session check-ins, scheduling changes, and follow-up communications. On average, you can expect to receive between 2 and 15 messages per week during active enrollment, depending on the number and frequency of scheduled sessions.
4. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. AIM Learning Center is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving text messages.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from AIM Learning Center.
To resume messages after opting out, reply START or YES to the same number, or contact us directly to re-enroll.

8. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint/T-Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Content of Messages
Messages from AIM Learning Center are transactional and service-related only. We will never send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS. Messages may include:

10. Changes to These Terms
AIM Learning Center reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
